Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, since sessions fill up quickly (many by the end of February). Phone reservations are not accepted. On-line registration is our preferred enrollment option. If you wish to register by mail, please click here.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel a session before May 1 and the session still has availability, then you will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
• If you cancel a session before May 1 and the session is closed to further registrations, then you will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee if the space can be filled. If the space cannot be filled, then you will receive a refund minus $100 for holding a space in a full week as we will have turned business away.
• If you cancel a session after May 1 and the session still has availability, then you will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
• If you cancel a session after May 1 and the session is closed to further registrations, then you will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee if the space can be filled and the session is cancelled before 5:00 PM on the Wednesday prior to the enrolled session. If the space cannot be filled, then the full amount is forfeited.
